Listening
We start by understanding: what is the mission, what is already in place, and where does the team need room?
CLOVER
Project management & communication
We help mission-driven organisations turn meaningful ideas, projects and campaigns into reality.
MISSION
EXECUTION
You have an idea. A strategy. A campaign.
But it takes more to truly make it happen.
That is where we step in.
Clover steps in between the mission and the execution.
Clover is an independent project management & communications studio for mission-driven organisations.
Clover steps in between the mission and the execution. We help organisations turn meaningful ideas, projects and campaigns into reality by connecting strategy, communication, people and execution.
The primary role of Clover is project leadership and coordination. Clover usually steps in when there is already an idea, strategy, communication challenge or project, but additional capacity, structure, coordination or project leadership is needed to move it forward and realise it properly.
Clover does not necessarily execute everything itself. We can work with a client's existing team, suppliers and specialists, and bring in additional specialists where needed.
The value of Clover is in seeing the whole picture, connecting the right people, keeping the project moving and safeguarding quality.
Working from the existing strategy and keeping the whole picture in view.
Keeping message, campaign and alignment clear.
Connecting the right people and specialists.
Planning, following up, finishing and safeguarding quality.
Four steps, from first conversation to finished project.
We start by understanding: what is the mission, what is already in place, and where does the team need room?
Planning, roles and agreements laid out in one overview that everyone can follow.
Your team, suppliers and specialists on one line, with clear communication between all parties.
Following up, adjusting and finishing. We safeguard quality until the result stands.
The main focus is on small and growing mission-driven organisations. The sector itself is not the most important factor. The common denominator is that the organisation has a mission and wants to make something meaningful happen. Could be faith driven, education driven or even political.
Not necessarily. We work with the team, suppliers and specialists already in place, and bring in extra specialists when needed.
When an idea, strategy, campaign or project already exists, but the capacity to realise it properly is missing.
Small and growing organisations with a mission, such as faith communities, education, politics and social initiatives. The sector matters less than the mission.
Book an introduction. We always begin by listening: what is the mission and what is already in place?
